Waterjet CuttingA waterjet cutting machine uses high pressure water to cut through a variety of materials. When the water is mixed with an abrasive sand it expands the possibilities of materials that can be cut exponentially. Utilising over 15 years of CAD experience, we have the facilities to water jet materials. We can cut many materials aside from glass: Steel - mild and stainless Ceramics Plastics Carbon Fibre Granite Marble Rubber Copper Aluminium and the list goes on. We are happy to cut your materials to your computer file or we can generate the drawing for you. The large cutting area (3700 x 1500) ensures that we can handle nearly any material size presented to us and our ingenuity allows us to cut materials well oversized.
